Modules Overview

Better Lobby helps CUs manage member visits and meetings. Whether an appointment or walk-in, face-to-face or by video, Better Lobby will increase member satisfaction, sales effectiveness and optimize employee utilization. Designed for use in both Retail and Traditional branches, the application is also equipped to help manage out-of-branch appointments conducted by phone or video.

Appointments – Better Lobby Branch Appointment module makes it easy to schedule an appointment with branch personnel. All CU employees can view and make appointments with qualified staff on behalf of member in Better Lobby. When the optional Mobile Appointment Booking Tool module is installed, members can book appointments themselves online from their mobile device or computer. Walk-ins  - The Better Lobby Sales & Service Queue helps manage branch visits so that member service and sales performance are improved while reducing servicing costs. Flexible Branches Video Meeting Module - Flexible Branches makes it REMARKABLY easy for members to connect with branch staff by video for either unscheduled meetings or appointments, helping CUs serve members when conventional access to branch staff is disrupted. (more about Video…)

Online Queuing - Better Lobby Online Queuing enables branch visitors to place their name in the branch service queue prior to arriving at the branch. Their position in the queue is finalized once they confirm their arrival. (more about online queuing…)

Self Check-in Kiosk  - Whether the visitor self checks-in or concierge staff does it on their behalf, the process is fast and intuitive, putting the visitor (either walk-in or appointment) in the main service queue for all staff to see. (more about Kiosk…)

Service Queue Wall Display - Used in both traditional and retail-style branches, Queue Wall Display provides branch visitors an easy way to see their position in the queue while effectively communicating your credit union’s brand with color, logo and on-screen advertising. Out-of-branch Meetings - Phone appointments can be enabled in our Branch Appointment Calendar module and accessed using the Mobile Booking Tool. Soon, Better Lobby Solution will support BYOD (bring your own device) Appointments to enable out-of-branch appointments with members using the video capability of their mobile device or computer. Trigger a Survey - If a branch visitor is eligible to receive a survey Better Lobby is able to trigger the survey with your third-party survey software, sending the survey request data to your survey system provider who then communicates with the member by email or text.

Better Lobby modules are available as a locally installed application in your data center. Some modules are available in a service bureau environment over a secure internet connection.
